18 FOODS THAT HELP MEN PERFORM BETTER

I've always been a #TeamNatural Fan because I believe every problem has a solution the natural way, but it's all about a test of your patience. I've seen adverts of medicines that promise to restore your libido, make your woman wanting more and never letting go, and that actually makes me wonder if s*x is food. Well, it's not food but it's a very important part of marriage.

If you've had issues with your pen!s stnding, there are certain foods that can correct that, so make sure you read all to find out. Low libido can be caused by stress, depression, drug abuse(illicit drug taking), excessive alcohol consumption, sleepless nights, etc What you eat also affect your s*x life, so here are foods that can make you better in bed.. Please note that I selectively combined the foods you can find in all countries, so no matter where you are, you can get them.

1. BEEF

Beef and pork contain high levels of L-carnitine. It's an amino acid that help boost libido.

2. BANANA

Bananas are an excellent source of B vitamins, needed to increase energy production and to dampen your stress levels. Bananas also contain tryptophan, an amino acid needed for serotonin production, our ‘feel good’ hormones. Bananas are also packed with potassium, used to produce s*x hormones, and improve heart health and s*x drive. Bananas also contain an enzyme called bromelain, which helps improve blood flow and increase libido.

3. RAW NUTS

Snacking on raw nuts can help bring a spark back to your bedroom. Nuts such as almonds, groundnuts, cashews, Brazil and hazelnuts are rich in the amino acids L-Arginine, which boosts the production of nitric acid in the body, this will increase the production of s*x hormones, and promote a firmer erection and better s*xual performance. Nuts are also an excellent source of essential fatty acids, which are healthy fats needed for male sexual health. Add some mixed crushed nuts to salads, or add to smoothies.

4. AVOCADOS

The Aztecs referred to avocados as, ahem, testicles, because of their physical shape. But the scientific reason why avocados make sense as an aphrodisiac is that they are rich in unsaturated fats and low in saturated fat, making them good for your heart and your arteries. Anything that keeps the heart beating strong helps keep blood flowing to all the right places; in fact, men with underlying heart disease are twice as likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED)

5. STRAWBERRIES & BLUE BERRIES

The color red is known to help stoke the fire: A 2008 study found that men find women sexier if they’re wearing red, as opposed to cool colors such as blue or green. Strawberries are also an excellent source of folic acid, a B vitamin that helps ward off birth defects in women and, according to a University of California, Berkley study, may be tied to high sperm counts in men. Try making dark-chocolate-dipped strawberries. It’s full of libido-boosting methylxanthines. Blue berries increase dopamine and blood flow which are two essential parts of s*x. Consumption of berries can release dopamine within the brain, creating a happy libido.

6. SEAFOOD

Despite their slippery and slimy texture, oysters may be the most well-known aphrodisiac. They’re also one of the best sources of libido-boosting zinc. But other types of seafood can also act as aphrodisiacs. Seafood are essential for a healthy heart.

7. CITRUS

Any member of this tropical fruit family is super-rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and folic acid—all of which are essential for men’s reproductive health. Enjoy a romantic salad that incorporates citrus, like pink grapefruit or mandarin oranges, or use a dressing made with lemon and lime.

8. EGGS

Eggs are rich in Vitamin B6 and B5 which help balance hormone levels and ease stress. They are important for a healthy libido.

9. WATER MELON

This is nature's Viagra. Research shows that watermelon contains an amino acid that mimics the active ingredients in Viagra and other ED medicines. So if you or your girl are feeling a little funny after eating a fruit salad, now you know why.

10. CHILI PEPPERS

The effects of eating peppers mimics your body's reaction to arousal so people often associate the one they're with with those feelings. Slip a spice or two in next time you're cooking up date night dinner.

11. OAT MEAL

Oats can increase orgasm strength by improving testosterone production. Breakfast in bed?

12. RED WINE

One study suggests a link between female s*xual interest and regularly drinking red wine. Women who drank wine were more likely to have a higher s*x drive. Remember I said earlier that too much alcohol can ruin s*x, but a little never hurt anyone. One or two glasses could help.

13. HONEY

Apparently the word "honeymoon" owes its origins to the s*x-enhancing food. The B vitamins in honey increase stamina and testosterone production, explaining its relation to the post-wedding getaway.

14. DARK CHOCOLATE

The darker the berry, the sweeter the juice. Literally. In a Journal of S*x Medicine study, s*xual desire and s*xual pleasure increased in women after eating dark chocolate. Chocolate with higher concentrations of cocoa release "mood-enhancing" chemicals like serotonin that make s*x feel even better.

15. SPINACH

We all hated it as kids, but now that you're grown you can't skip this vegetable. Spinach increases estrogen and sperm production which stimulates both men and women's libidos.

16. LOBSTER

Zinc for the men and phosphorus for the ladies: lobsters are rich in s*x-essential vitamins. Energy, higher libidos, and increased sensitivity all make the crustacean a necessary pre-bed meal.

17. PEACHES

Peaches help with the quality and quantity of sperm production. And vitamin C is an essential part of the fruit that helps you go the distance.

18. OYSTERS

This is classic aphrodisiac. Oysters are high in zinc and promote dopamine release to get the mood going, and make it last.
