Ok guys this gotta be one of my shortest posts ever. I just had to put this down in my diary because today is my first attempt at eating blueberries. I planned to have them with my grape for dinner but I ended up selecting only the grape and leaving the blueberries. Luckily for me, while I was contemplating on throwing them in the bin(no one in the house wants them either because of the taste), I had to quickly remind myself of the health benefits!!

Here they are:

1. Boosts immune system

2. Aids in preventing dementia(my mum went through this and I knew how painful it was for me seeing she couldn't recognise me nor my bro nor any other person.

3. Prevents hair loss and osteoporosis. Do you want me to tell you how I'm constantly battling with my hair edges?

4. Helps prevent urinary tract infection.

5. Helps in digestion.

6. Prevents signs of aging like wrinkles and age spots. Sure you know I'm a beauty freak ♥️.

7. Helps cure Alzheimer's disease.

8. Reduces risk of macular degeneration, cataracts and myopia.

There are just so many other benefits of blueberries but these are what inspired me to eat mine. I hope you try them too.
