Hi guys, it’s been a while I wrote, right? Looks like I’m back though but you all know writing is tough, coupled with other stuff I’m doing but I’ll try my best to update you guys again like I used to.
So someone wanted me to write on this and it’s a great topic because I know a lot of people may be going through same issue(wrinkles on the face).
Before I start, please note that wrinkles occur on the face as a result of dryness and lack of elasticity. It can also be as a result of aging or other environmental factors.
Below are 8 ways you can get rid of or avoid wrinkles, naturally:
1. OLIVE OIL

Oh! I can’t emphasize enough on how much I love olive oil. When I tell people olive oil is my night moisturizer, they argue. They always say “how can your skin be so smooth and you say you’re using olive oil?”. To some, they can’t use it because it’s for poor people.. wow! Honey, who told you expensive stuff make your skin fine?(we will come back to this later).
To reduce wrinkles, massage a few drops of olive oil on your skin before bedtime. You can leave it on and wash it off in the morning or you can wipe it off gently with a clean face towel. Your skin will feel soft and supple in the morning.
2. ALOE VERA

As a good skin enthusiast, I have aloe Vera planted in my backyard.. yes! But I’ll be honest, I hardly use it because sometimes I forget it’s there. Aloe Vera is rich in malic acid which improves skin elasticity.
Cut an aloe Vera open, take out some gel from the leaf and apply it on your neatly washed face. Wait for 15 minutes or till it dries then wash it off. You can mix it with vitamin E oil and apply it on your face for the same effect.
3. BANANA

Its nutritional properties can fight wrinkles. Just mash one or two sticks of banana(s) until a paste is formed. Then massage on your face and let it be there for about thirty minutes before washing off. You can mix it with avocado or honey to get the same effect.
4. CARROTS

I noticed most beauty products especially body lotions now have their names starting with “carrot” because carrot is their major ingredient. Carrots are rich in vitamin A which promotes collagen production, thereby keeping the skin smooth and wrinkle-free.
Simply blend one or two sticks of boiled carrot till a paste is formed. Mix with honey, and and apply it on your face everyday for about 30 minutes, then wash off.
You can also eat them raw.
5. PINEAPPLE

Please if you have a sensitive skin, don’t bother putting pineapple juice on your face as it may be itchy. Just eat them.
6. LEMON JUICE

Vitamin C in Lemon can be a great way to treat wrinkles naturally. Lemon is not so good on your skin because it can cause irritation when applied, so I’d rather you drink the juice than put it on your face.
7. EGG WHITES

Do you know eggs can do wonders for your overall health? Egg whites is a natural remedy for pimples.
Just whisk some egg whites in a bowl and apply on your skin directly. Massage and allow it to sit for 15 minutes or you can just let it dry out then wash off with warm water. The protein, vitamin B, and E in egg whites will heal those fine lines naturally.
8. DRINK WATER

One of the best ways to keep your skin wrinkle-free is by drinking water; lots of water. Keep your skin hydrated, and wrinkles will stay far away from you.
So that’s basically it, guys. You can just pick one or two out these 7 because number 8 is a must! Do them everyday for a week, and share your results with me.
Did you enjoy this write up? Is there something you’ll like me to write on? Send me a direct message or a mail and I’ll publish it next!
By the way, who came to our live video on Facebook(Moxie’s Diary) last week Sunday? We talked about relationships(how to make it work), and we sure had fun. I’ll keep you updated on when next I’ll come live.
Love you guys!! xx ❤
